Chef Thierry has been practicing the art of pastry creation since he was a young boy living in France and the couple together have been together over 20 years sharing their lives in the bakery and restaurant industry. Having studied and worked at la Madeleine where the love of food is a celebration and one of the simple pleasures of life, Thierry and Danielle hope to bring a little taste of the French countryside to you and your family.
